On a rainy summer day in Berlin-Neukölln, I spoke with Moritz Gansen and Sara Morais dos Santos Bruss. We met for a “theory conversation” initiated by Nacre Journal and loosely centered around the theme of its Issue 4, General Public.

With Decolonial Culture of Remembrance in the City, the Dekoloniale Netwerk in Berlin is a cultural project which began in January 2020 to critically examine the history of colonialism and its consequences. As a member of the network, I hope to work alongside other anti-colonial people in Germany.
